When it comes to finding the right person to help you plan something so important. I always look to Google and read through reviews. Hurban Law, LLC has amazing reviews and I decided to schedule a free consultation right away (July 2023).My husband and I had thought about getting our Will & Estate Planning for a couple of years now. We finally decided to get it done since we have assets we want to ensure it is protected and goes to our family should anything happens to us.We scheduled time to meet with Tim in person and he was able to explain how it all works. And gave us time to decide how we want our Trust and Will to be set up. Just be prepared to gather all the information necessary to establish the Trust.This process took about a month to complete with Tim from having the initial meeting to signing paper work. (This can be established sooner if you have everything readily available) Then the rest is based on the bank you want to open the Trust with. This took about 3 weeks to complete. Really just due to my schedule. It should take no more than 1 week.I highly recommend Tim for you to establish your Will & Trust planning needs. He explained everything thoroughly and is available when I have questions. He will walk you through the entire process.
